I offer support for births in a range of environments from hospitals to birthing center and homebirths.

I am available throughout your pregnancy via email and phone for any questions that might arise in between our scheduled appointments. I also have access to a diverse array of resources and referrals to prenatal and post-partum health professionals that can aid your pre and post-partum experiences.

Prenatal visits include: a concise and thorough review and discussion of the birth process, birth preferences, and coping techniques for labor, what to expect after birth for parents and baby

Birth/labor support includes: 24 hour on-call availability beginning 2 weeks prior and 2 weeks following your estimated due date. Continuous labor and birth support (regardless of length of labor).

Post-Partum visits include: postpartum care for mother and baby, lactation and feeding support, sleeping advice

Additional services available upon request include: home cooked post-partum meal delivery
